Ball ladies! How do I keep these dang things inflated?! I pump it up but by the time I get the stopper thing in, it’s half deflated.

I haven’t opened the app in a month. My dad passed then life got truly crazy. Coming out of it now thankfully.

I’m going to start thaw again and I think it will be easier now that the weather has cooled down.

My advice would be to pick a best based class that you love the playlist. That way even if you can’t do the exact movement Ruth is, you can dance it out! Party 4 U was fun
