Hi Jessie! Thank you so much for introducing yourself here. I’m thrilled to welcome you! I saw you started with Hard + Soft which is absolutely awesome. Definitely a great program for getting started. If you enjoy structured programming, challenges or following our weekly schedule is a great idea. I will also mention that many members use the library collections / filters to find classes suited to them each day. This is definitely worth exploring if you ever feel like your body needs something a bit different. For example Under the Weather is great for when you’re sick, the Cycle Syncing collections can be really helpful too! I also like to mention the 3 class levels starting with Relax (the most chill), Pulse (moderate) and Shake (the most intense). So glad that you’re here. 🦋
