My initial intention for you in this class was to repeat it with the same exact weights you used the first time through. We are essentially tracking endurance gains here. But when I saw yall were doing it heavier it inspired me to try it with 25lbs instead of 18lbs! I still made it through 4 rounds but had to switch to 15lbs for some moves. Definitely felt hard but at the same time, I feel stronger. YAY 🦋

POWERFUL!!! Amazing job. I wish we could hold hands skipping down the road with our pups after that 😂 so many wins here, amazing.

I did want to mention, AMRAP is typical endurance focused since there is minimal to no rest between sets. Going to failure is definitely not needed! I went with 25s and definitely hit failure on those chest presses, needed to drop to 15 for the last two rounds I did. So glad you have this reference to look back on your progress. So proud of you 🦋
