Oh Frances I want so badly to hug you!!! Ugh! I’m so sorry for what you’re going through. Heartbreak is brutal but choosing you is always worth it. If your friend told you this, what advice would you offer them? Sometimes the picture is much clearer when we can take ourselves out of it if even for a moment. I remember getting out of a toxic relationship. I thought my whole world was ending. Once I was through the fog and the worst of it—I couldn’t believe what I had put up with. It can feel like no one will know you as well as this person or that you’ve invested too much time to leave but let me tell you that is just simply not true. You are so strong, so smart, so fun and so deserving of love and respect and kindness. Whatever you choose to do, we are here for you. I just hope you choose YOU. ❤️🩹
