Here is a screenshot of some more options too in case its helpful! You can absolutely move up in class level to Pulse and/or Shake if the Relax ones feel good for you! But I would recommend sticking to the heavier weights/lower reps to see if it makes a difference. I know it may seem a bit counter intuitive but its been helpful for me and so many others too!
