Hey Bunny! This particular movement is definitely easier in an anterior pelvic tilt, I’ll add a rec here! Once you have the tilted position with a little more comfort, it comes down to external rotators in the glute. I reccomend side lying type of movements since they are so targeted and specific, this movement in the video is very isolated! Try band + booty for that 🥰

Thank you for the kind words. And what a great q! First of all I love the options you’re already taking to make to work, moving through tabletop instead is a great idea. Do you have a foam roller or ball? I suggest giving the movement a try with your wrists/forearms on something that rolls. It will force you to use your powerhouse to pull back in. The return is quite challenging but if you use your whole torso rather than just your arms you may feel a difference! When pressing out, it’s okay for your chest to glide along the floor, but if its preventing you from getting deeper, you can elevate your hands by using a pair of blocks to give yourself a bit more space.
