Hey Rachel! My guess is you’re feeling any of the ligaments and muscles that make up your hip flexors. These are muscles that I find always need strengthening! And this type of ab work is a great way to do it, along with moves we do in Bandz a Make Her Beats. Once theee muscles get stronger, you’re likely going to feel that sensation less 🦋
