Bad b muscle mamis, if you’re unsure if you can do this today—let me be your sign! You totally can! 17 mins, no repeats, fun new moves and techniques to try. You’ve got this. It really suorised me how much stronger I was doing this class today compared to when I filmed it. I still needed breaks but I noticed I could do more reps before the break than I did the first time! 🦋
