WOW okay so I actually barely made 4 rounds (had to squeeze in the last two step ups after the timer ran out) and I used lighter weight for my hip thrusts. But my progress was felt in the smoothness between each movement. I also felt more mindful and focused. I took my time and enjoyed pushing myself, got to failure in the overhead presses! If anyone also feels like they could do a little bit less than last time, keep in mind we also trained step ups and overhead press yesterday so that was diabolical lol. Amazing job my friends! One class left. I can hardly believe it. Thank you for helping me show up at 8 months pregnant. I had no idea what i was capable of but damn do i feel proud. 🦋
