Donkey kicks have a brand new pelvic sensation for me during pregnancy. At first the sensation around my pubic bone is so strong that it makes me wonder if I should continue. But instead I widened my bottom knee, reduced the range of motion and focused a little deeper. With each rep, that sensation began to melt away. It was a pretty powerful experience I just wanted to share at 31 weeks pregnant. We did that bad b muscle mamis!!!! 🦋
