Tapped in for juicy shoulders tonight, my legs were a little sore from the weekend so swapped Monday/tuesday for myself in the weekly plan.

Even wound up double dipping I added seated arms after feeling so warmed up 🔥

Tapping in for yin yang hips before my trip to Oslo. I must remember to take a elastic with me for this week's class. I felt a surprising positive release in this class, and I felt very intentional with doing this class in the middle of the day to take a break from my work. I think this helped coming in with a positive mindset.

Just tapped in and completed floor flow....wowsers this was a goodie, for me it was a mental challenge as well as a physical one.  But I loved the flow of this class and felt so great afterwards and realised, Im getting stronger...woohoo xx

What an amazing birthday weekend it has been. Yesterday I didn’t get to do my practice as I went for the first of three classes to become a reiki practitioner. Came home and hung out with my bf and kids (my pup is one of my children. I birthed him 🤫🤫 let me live). At midnight everyone wished me a happy bday and my bf surprised me with tickets to Spain to see Bad Bunny 😱😱😱) This AM I tapped in for adaptable glutes 🥵🥵🥵and sensual circles 🤤🤤🤤 and got some cuddles from my pup. I could not have asked for a better weekend. Now off to brunch 🥂🥂Here’s to another year 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

I haven’t done an RPS class in almost 2 weeks, due for my period any day now and fell into a really poor comfort eating cycle the past couple of days. A combination that has had me not exactly loving myself after last month I finally felt like I was finding consistency again.

Well there’s no way to get back to that without starting somewhere. I started with a long walk after work today and found myself thinking back to some past themed weeks with all of their lessons from nature. And then I found a bench and some movements I remembered from a chair class. These step ups and some tricep dips followed. They were wobbly but they were still a win for me today. And I look forward to using the high from my small win to fuel tapping in tomorrow.

Just reminding myself and anyone else who needs it the small wins are good too 🫶🏼
