I believe I once did a foot care video of yours that used a little trigger point ball, am I mistaken? It was standing and you guided us through as we stepped on the ball to massage our feet… anyway, I’ve been searching but can’t find it! If it exists can you let me know what it’s called? And if not, I guess I made it up lol. Thank you in advance!

Tapping in for a morning class and not diving straight into work. I remember the first time doing this class on a ship, with some added movement! I like the reminder at the end of the class to appreciate your body for what it does, and to listen to it. It really is your friend, if you let it be! I've been cruel to mine for too long! It's great to finally have some awareness.

I recently took a tumble and landed on my shoulder. I can barely lift my left arm right now. Any recs on which videos to do that focus more on lower body or that I could do with a bun shoulder at the moment?

I haven’t opened the app in a month. My dad passed then life got truly crazy. Coming out of it now thankfully.

I’m going to start thaw again and I think it will be easier now that the weather has cooled down.

Tapping in bright and early this morning for Diet Pepsi beats ☀️ this past month has been a hurdle for me - I don’t know if it’s my new medication or just general life stress but my emotions are driving the ship and they’ve lost the map 😅 I came to my mat this morning and laid down and cried for the first song of this class. But by song two I was sitting up and stretching to the music. By song three I was following along… I ended up pressing play on shake level waves beats afterwards because my body was craving more. It didn’t fix everything - but I feel strong, and proud, and grateful - and that’s a lot of positive things I wasn’t feeling before. Sending love to anyone else having a time of it, you got this bad b!! 💜

I have been wondering with you being hypermobile and having great cues, if you could explain what shoulders are supposed to feel like? I know that's such a weird question 😂

I feel like I am slowly understanding aligned posture and movement, but I cannot figure out my shoulders for the life of me. I have to think about them soooo hard when I do pushups but other than that, they don't know what's happening lolol
