I am away from home for about 6 weeks so the challenge has been disrupted and I've had to skip on the weights classes. It's also so difficult to continue with practice when you are staying at other people's houses. It's not as easy to "take up space!" I've just traveled from Norway to Poland and now to the UK, and have enjoyed lots of country walks. I've got into a habit now of stopping in places that bring me comfort, take in my surroundings, feel grateful and do a pilates stretch! My new active lifestyle has given me hip pain - after years of desk work - there's a shift in my body. I've just done goo goo beats and tummy time and feeling great! Not looking forward to a long haul flight now - part 3 of my adventure. I'll be sure to do some RPS on the plane! This seal was also doing some tummy time!

My dad is in the hospital and I’ve had such a hard time keeping up with my practice. I finally got back to it today and realized I lost my streak. I was so close to hitting sixty 🥺🥺. Well I’m back at it today and plan on building my streak again! 60 day badge here I come!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Dropping in a request ❤️✨️

I would loveeee a weight training focused challenge (30 days?). Im so drawn to the slower, sensualates classes, I do them daily - and then sprinkle in some weight training here and there but would love to be more consistent with it and feel the changes in my body as I add on day by day.

Halfway through the challenge and feeling super proud of myself!! Ok but am I the only one who couldn’t feel my legs after today’s workout? 🤣. I was wobblingggg 👏🏾💕 but I’m really appreciating these short, but intense and targeted exercises. It’s got me wanting to reshape my relationship with my movement practice. As someone who played sports majority of my life, I was used to long strenuous workouts every single day. But I’m starting to feel like longer doesn’t always mean more effective. Proud of everyone!! Keep going bad b’s 💐🥳💕🩷✨

I DID IT, I GOT THE 60 DAY BADGE😭 I genuinely don't think I've been this consistent with movement since I was playing softball in high-school over 10 years ago and even then it wasn't by choice😂

What I've noticed most by doing this is I now crave coming to this app to move and it no longer feels like a chore.🥹

I have meniscus surgery November 3rd and my goal to keep moving is to do all the upper body movements!!!

Ball ladies! How do I keep these dang things inflated?! I pump it up but by the time I get the stopper thing in, it’s half deflated.
