I've been a little absent lately. I was traveling for 6 weeks and then when I got home from Australia via Singapore, London, Olso to the north of Norway I found my boyfriend (of 6 years) to be very cold with me. I asked him had he missed me and why he wasn't showing me any love, to which he replied "I didn't want you to come home" and "I've just never loved you the way I'm supposed to" among many other hurtful things. So after 2 hours of arriving in the middle of the night he finished our relationship and sent me off the next morning on a flight back down to London, leaving behind all my belongings to deal with later and my cat. When I arrived in London he messaged me telling me he had made a "terrible mistake" it's been almost a week now and I just can't forgive him for what he did to me (and it's not the first time). So I'm asking for some advice to anyone out there who has experienced anything similar and given my age now I really can't mess about. I've waited 6 years for him to commit to me and want the things I desire in life - a family and just generally to feel wanted. I feel so hurt and haven't been able to settle to get back into RPS because I'm living out of a bag now for the foreseeable future. Maybe I need to do some emo beats.

Day 12 βœ… this one had a healthy dose of torture but was very fun and a great sense of accomplishment by the end! Abs were ON lol.

I challenged myself to start waking up earlier and getting my workout in at the start of my day (I can do this during follicular, very hard during luteal), having that personal time sets me up so much better for the day esp before I start teaching. A couple pics from a very lovely morning.

good morning beautiful humans ✨

ive been feeling a bit disassociated lately, like ive been going through the motions of life on autopilot. so, my focus word for today is presence!

this morning im going to do tune in (been eyeballing this one for a bit) and then later i will be doing adaptable glutes! it took all of me not to plan to do yin yang hips again bc i love it so much 😭

overall, ive fallen in love with lower body workouts since joining RPS. it feels like im working all the tiny little fibers in my hips πŸ€“ also im almost at my 30 day streak! πŸ₯Ή

Tapping in for Day 11 βœ… abs + booty along with the below, which was so nice for opening my thoracic spine, can literally breathe better lol. We had an iconic sunset purple theme tonight (romanticized my workout in the living room inspired by luna elise ☺️), winter sunsets are so good it almost makes the cold worth it πŸ₯Ά.

Tapping in from the laundromat πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ a big win for me. Daily challenging movement is overflowing into the rest of my life with capacity and problem solving to do hard things. Laundry is one of those things for me !!

Since my career switch (corporate marketing job before + teaching Pilates part time, now teaching Pilates exclusively!) 3 months ago, my husband also got a new job back in office full time. We have had a complete role reversal, I now do most domestic household errands/chores/cooking etc after 2 years of him doing it since he was WFH with a flexible schedule. It’s been a task finding my household groove/routine but I’m getting there.

Tbh I love most domestic duties, except laundry. But I dialed in, packed my doggo into the car, took him with me and on a lil adventure during the wash cycle, now finishing up drying while I read. This new routine made me way happier than I expected.
