I reaggravated an old hamstring injury stretching on the 3rd day of Muscle Mami so I took a couple days off, and now I feel a cold coming on so I’m opting for gentle movement instead. This is definitely challenging my desire for perfectionism and doing it “right” when it comes to movement, so maybe is ultimately a blessing in disguise!

Choosing to honor where I’m at and not push through is not something I would’ve always done. Excited to jump back in when I can, and for now, tapping in for grounded weights 🩵
