Curious to hear people’s thoughts on losing motivation to workout. Over a month ago I took a few days off and haven’t returned after a decade of dedicated movement practice.
When I think about going back to working out in a structured way, even with our lovely Ruth, I internally groan and feel a ton of resistance.
How have others overcome this? I miss this part of my life and want to feel excited about it again!
