Welcome to the new + improved RPS platform!🦋Thank you so much for being here my friends.🦋 It is incredible to look back and see how far we have come together. Were some of you here when our community forum was on WhatsApp? LOL! What a time! Hi Ruth and the rest of the bad-b's,

I'm new here. I'm on my 5th class with Thaw and I'm loving it!!!🤗  I'm a yoga teacher myself specialized in restorative yoga, nidra, and breathwork for burnout recovery, massage therapist and I follow the path of druidry working on my herbal knowledge, healing techniques and so much more. But my body has different needs too; I was looking for a comfortable way to rebuild my muscles. I'm in the midst of my perimenopause, which has been a bit of a journey to get my body back in balance. The perfect mix of activating my vagus nerve (de-stressing), the right supplements, and now your classes, Ruth, seem like the perfect combination. Thank you so much Ruth for bringing this to me this way. Sorry if my English is not always written correctly, I am a Dutch-speaking Belgian🤭 Lots of love! Cindy🙏🏼💫

Hello! New here and excited to try my first class tomorrow morning. Just curious has anyone actaully gotten stronger/leaner, lost some weight doing these workouts. Im a little hesitant becuase im coming from weight lifting in the gym but its making my body feel In flamed and tired and looking for something that can still give us strength and kinder to my body. And Ruth's workout looks so good and so fun she's making it fun again to workout. Also any recs on where to start ? I was just thinking of following the weekly schedule.

After finding Ruth by searching "Pilates that is fun" I am excited to be here, 1 year post partum!
While I was doing my first class this week, my daughter took her first steps! So RPS will always be a part of that story! 
Our gym is a shared space with my husband's office so he snapped this picture :)
