Hey 🩷 Ruth, I have a question/ recommendation. I really enjoyed the videos that you would mention you can do in bed for a stretch. Is there a way to put a category up for that? I enjoy doing a morning stretch and found it to be a big motivator to get out of bed. No worries if not, just was thinking about it 😊

Hello Everyone ! My name is Miranda, checking in from California ☀️. I think it’s been 3 years of being a RPS member. I signed up through one of the challenges and loved it so much I decided to continue with it. My favorite type of class is beat based. Dancing has never been my thing but beat based got me out of my comfort zone. My tail would be made of sparkles ✨. I am a person who does not enjoy change but I know Ruth will make this change as comfortable as possible. So far, I love how organized and precise it is.
