I feel so safe in every single movement I do with you here. I appreciate when any fitness instructor knows the body to the level you do, and can cue like you do, while still being so creative and playful. As a registered yoga instructor and an RN, safety and impeccable curing are my priority when following anyone or any program. Thank you for all you do.

Hello, I am Alicia. I live in Kentucky. I signed up for free trial but did a chair twerk class and was like, yeah I am staying! I am a Hospice nurse, an avid reader, and have 2 puppies. I only see their tails, which are always wagging, especially when I am working out and on the floor with them. I tend to go for the pulse classes. I love the new platform.... it feels very special. ❤️
