I am a competent bad b! Two weeks until my PhD exam. My brain will not rest! These classes save me! I have somehow overloaded my hips lately so just removed the weights for the single standing leg parts! I had an imaginary weight and that felt enough! I am so focused right now that no feelings came up for me, apart from the comforting thought that my weight will always be 8kg, and I was left wondering whether that was 15 pounds! The rows felt good on my weak left shoulder, and I thought about how much my body has healed and got stronger over the last 1.5 years thanks to RPS.

There are just sooo many to choose from! The ones grouped 'take from bed' or one that comes to mind is Biiig stretch! The best stretch ones for me are those that leave me a little light headed!
