I could not wait for this one! My favourite parts were the running at the wall, the swinging of the weights and dancing in the rests between, the plank/push ups (in my favourite style!) and the bouncing at the end - always so grounding, and head swings. My neck is so much better these days I'm not nervous about swining my head so freely.

This was absolutely what I needed after a week of gardening work - such a release in the upper back. I loved the advanced move - I'll be doing this in my weeding breaks!
