Starting with a hug is great! I felt very connected to myself and my space. Spine twists and stretches are the best and thinking about how the body moves naturally and what it is designed to do.

Hi I'm Frances tuning in from the Arctic, north of Norway. This is my second year with RPS and it has been the best space to connect, to be emotional, feel strong, vulnerable, or even angry, whatever the feeling it's welcome! I've been healing both mentally and physically and I haven't felt better, movement really is medicine. What works so well about this practice is how Ruth listens to the community and responds in a way that supports growth. It's about having fun with movement and taking each day as it comes, adapting movement to your mood. I love everything about RPS.

I did this class after wish you roses beats. A perfect add on! Loved the sexy talk over voice at the end with the bachata dance moves 😁 I love bachata

Sweaty and emotional! I started my morning with this one, and very glad I did to get out a lot of what I'm feeling inside. All my favourite moves in this one! Enjoyed everything and quicky shifting between things really got my brain engaged! And then slowing the pace down felt nice too.

I loved the focus on the heart and shining the light. Also with the perfect words for dealing with any sort of heaviness, whether it be grief, general sadness, disappointment or complete mental exhaustion!Embracing these feelings is just what the body needs. My words of affirmation: "I can do it!"

I love this one too!
