It's so beautiful to witness your evolution as a teacher, Ruth. I'm glad that you found the courage to be messy and a human in your future videos and show us who you truly are because it gives us permission to do the same and finally embrace ourselves on our movement journey. I found myself missing the hug at the end to thank our bodies and saying outloud, "I'm a bad b!" with you. But I did it anyway ;) Thank you for making Pilates accessible to all.

Adding this to my favorites.  I sit so much for work that I don't really realize how TIGHT my hips are. Would love to increase the range of motion so maybe something that I cap tap into once a week.

I was looking for someone to do a reading because that map was so overwhelming for me to decipher--but I do think it is fascinating.

Ok. Great questions. I just tried it and the pain is definitely worse on the left side (old bursitis injury) than the right side. The pain gets a bit better with my legs bent. It’s tolerable on the right but the left still hurts. And it is uncomfortable by just laying on it and it gets worse with movement.

Hey Ruth! Have you ever experienced or had any of your students experience pain when they are trying to lay on their side? My hip bone area is so sensitive I can barely put any weight on it. I don't know if it is a joint issue or a muscle issue but it is really frustrating me and I'm wondering if I need to see a doctor, but wanted to see if this was something common first.
