I loved this! Perfect amount of juicy movement for my energy levels today with a perfectly curated playlist. Thank you Ruth! You've done it again 🦋

Thought this would be the easier option and I keep playing myself. lol. I was surprised by how much more my right side is weaker than my left. Like I couldn’t even lift my hand off the floor for the leg/arm lift sequence 😩

On the walk days I’ve been trying to tap into these classes. Oh boy! I don’t think I have ever stretched this deep. Do you have any tips for the hypermobile girlies?

When you kept saying “straighten your knees”—they felt slightly bent to me because otherwise it would be overstretched right? I was going for aligned but it felt bent vs doing the full extension. I was a bit confused. However I still got the stretch of my life. But it is something I want to strengthen so I wanted to clarify what the correct positioning should be. Ruth Brenza

This was SO much fun! I love classes like these. Short and Nostalgic. The music keeps me going. My heart rate is up and in the words of Love Island UK--"I'm buzzing!" (I'm an American tho ;p)

I started your program in late January and this is the first time I've been able to hold plank without putting my knees on the floor and I held it for 90 seconds!! It's hard to notice your progress sometimes---but this was a big milestone for me. It showed me that I am getting stronger--even if it doesn't always feel like it. #movelikeMartha ;)
