Where all the lines come together!

The big ball has had me in positions I never would have thought my body to be strong enough. These have become my favorite movements!!!!

I HAVE FIGURED OUT THE ROLL UP!!! YES!!!! I've never felt my core during it until today! The cue of pressing the body down was the key to feeling all the goodness of rolling up😍

This is so interesting... Mine has taken me to Cape Dyer, Nunavut (Canada), right next to the ocean. I am not a water girlie😂

Sensulates has transformed my body movements from sticky and rigid.. to flowy and less sticky!

As a softball player my Dad harped on the basics and I always kicked my feet.. Now I see why they're so important. Coming back to this series has really shown how much I've grown since starting RPS. I'm gonna have to come back to these once a season to keep track and to also bring it back to the basics🥹

I knew I had a blue ball somewhere so after 3 days of asking I finally told my husband I gotta do some how shit and I need the ball. It magically appeared not much longer afterwards😂

This was an absolute blast.. I felt sexy, playful, and vibrant. Thank you for uniting us hoes in such a beautiful space🤩 will be doing after every therapy appointment now

Lately I've been feeling my body more so I decided to come back to the basics. So glad I did! My hips were mostly stable😭🤩
