I'm here for this tail description!!!

Hey everyone! I'm Lauren and I'm currently living in Athens, GA (originally from Michigan). I had been following Ruth on Facebook for awhile but finally took the plunge and joined RPS a little over a year ago - during the Hard & Soft 30 day challenge - and never looked back! This has been quite a transformative experience for me (further healing my relationship with body and movement and generally fostering a better relationship with my damn self) and I can't wait to see what this next year in RPS will do. I love the sensualates style classes. My tail really shows up in those ones. It's big, long, white, and fluffy with iridescent sparkles. 🤣😍 I also really appreciate the specific body part love ones (like lower back love) which have saved me a time or two. The new app already looks amazing! It's exciting to see our girl Ruth grow and own her space in this world more and more. We need more people like her. I'm glad we all found her and have this space to connect. 💜
