Ooo weeeee. So I know I technically have abs bc they were showing up in the first movement but then appeared to go offline for the rest. I was feeling the remainder of the movements more in my quads and hamstrings (maybe bc of all those sumo squats and RDLs the day before? 😅). My efforts to lift my second leg can best be described as salmon attempting to flop propel themselves up stream. 🤣🤣 this did give me an opportunity to notice and challenge my thoughts ("I can't do this" --> "I can try...I am trying!"). Might re-attempt in a couple days and see how it goes. Any tips or commiserating welcomed 😉
