Those leg curls were killing me and the final swimming at the end had me dead. Just because you’re lying on your tummy for most of this class doesn’t mean you won’t get a workout in!

Ruth definitely “hit me hard” with this one! This one moves super duper fast. I used a combination of 5lb and 12lb handweights for the different moves. I did not do the final surprise 4th set as I was too exhausted to get up from my mat (it was late, I’d had a longggg day at a conference and I’d just gotten back from a 2 hour drive from San Diego.) But I did do a final set of arms on the mat and threw in a set of triceps for fun.
