Just did the second half of this class after doing Twerk it Out (today’s Hard + Soft class) and man, am I glad I didn’t try to do this whole class yesterday. If I had, I probably wouldn’t have managed teaser 3 and that final plank. This is definitely a torture level abs class, but if you chunk it out and take breaks as needed (in my case a 23 hour break in between the first and second half 😂) your abs will feel strong as hell (and super sore the next morning). I did appreciate the sawing and stretching in the first part of the second half. So I guess it wasn’t all torture.

Somehow didn’t realize I’d finished the Hard + Soft experience yesterday so I decided to celebrate by doing this class today. It’s one I’ve done before, but not always with the weight (I usually do it at the office where I don’t have all my props.) The weight definitely added a lot, but it didn’t take away from the fun of this class! Feeling an amazing sweaty mess right now! (And yes, I did this class on a Wednesday.)
