This class starts fairly chill and then ramps up quite a bit (by the second to last song I was drenched in sweat). It’s a great way to release stress, get in touch with your sexier side, and have fun while doing it. My mood and energy were definitely boosted!

Ooo baby those block squats had me feeling the burn in all the best ways. My thighs are still trembling. Loved the song choices in this one too. Feeling sexy and strong.

This class starts chill, quickly ramps up to high energy, and then ends super chill with some added self love. A good one to do at the office or on the go as it requires no props. Also, it’s an instant mood (and heart rate) boost!

The burn was real on this one, especially the final behind the back series where I felt like my magic circle was barely moving. Love a short and efficient arms class!

This class was perfect for the rainy day today. Got me all warmed up in all the best ways. I was a sweaty mess by the end of it. Thankfully, Fleet Foxes kept me in a nice zen state during those teasers. Loved the songs on this one and the incorporation of the heavy weight (I used my bala ring as well). Kicked my butt in a good way.

This class is essentially a self foot massage/ stretch and your feet are guaranteed to feel so much better by the end. Perfect for doing in the evening on days I wear heels.
