Such a lovely way to stretch my hips and warm up my whole body. My lower body is feeling amazing right now.

I only did the first ten or so minutes of this class (up to when you take the ball out from under your hips/back) and it really helped my stiff back warm up and get nice and “gooey.”

Ooo baby, the burn was real on this one. I always feel scared holding the weight between my feet, but it never fell!

Definitely helped me relieve stress! After taking no breaks at all during my busy work day, this class was just the break I needed from the stress of the reports I’m working on. I had fun imposing some moves to the beat as well (like finger guns on Texas Hold ‘Em.)

Added to my favorite weights classes playlist! This was short and sweet and I loved that part of it could be done lying on my side. It was hard to keep my hips aligned facing down during those final planks with the weights, but I tried my best. Will definitely return to this class when I’m short on time.

I love a quick efficient full body workout, and this one did the trick in under 10 minutes.

One day, I will make it through this entire class without any breaks. Today was not that day. I took a short break or did a kneeling plank between pretty much every variation in this class and it still kicked my butt.

Love me some creative props. At my office I use tape dispensers and staplers as light weights.

This class was a great challenge. My abs were really feeling it by the end and I was shaking for the last 7 minutes. Will definitely be doing this one again. I used my yoga blocks to elevate my legs and arms and they worked great.
