Hey, bad b’s! I’m Emily, and I live in Glendale, CA. I used to take Pilates studio group classes, which is where I met Ruth. She quickly became my favorite instructor at the studio, though her classes were so popular sometimes I wouldn’t get in. When I heard she had her own app, I knew I had to sign up. I cancelled my Pilates studio membership right around the time Ruth stopped teaching there and started doing RPS only, and I’ve never looked back. It’s like getting to have my favorite studio instructor on call every day whenever I want! Plus I was able to connect with a whole community of bad b’s! My favorite classes are the beat based ones, especially the ones that are all standing so I can do them at my office at the end of my work day. It’s a great way to get rid of stress and pump up the positive energy before I head home. My current favs are Chappell Roan Beats (which I’ve probably done around 50 times now), Selener Beats (my new fav) and the OG Standing Beat Based class (the one that started it all.) I am absolutely loving the new platform so far, especially the new playlist feature. I just created a playlist of classes that made me feel sore the next day. And I plan to make playlists for classes I do at the office next. Looking forward to connecting with you all here! 💕

This is my go to class when I am super short on time but just need a bit of movement to get me up and out of my chair after sitting at work all day, especially on days of back to back meetings. Always feel better after and love the beach ambiance.
