I love this class so much, especially the CARs part. I do it whenever my neck is feeling sore or off and I always get some great cracks and pops and deep stretches out of it.

I really loved this class. It reminded me of the 15 minute wall work class but with a band and some different moves. I have a fabric style band, which makes a lot of these moves (especially bow and arrow at the end) harder than with a Theraband type band. I was shaking and wobbling in all the best ways, and I appreciated the reminders to slow down and be intentional about each move. Will definitely be going back to this one.

I wanted a challenge, so I did this one with 12lb handweights, but kept my 5 lb weights next to me just in case. I really wanted to push myself to the point of fatigue (without injuring myself, of course) and I’m proud to have made it through all four sets of reps without needing to switch to lighter weights (though in those final sets the minute felt like an hour.) Loving these short and sweet circuit workouts! 💪🏻

One of my favorite classes to do at the office, but I hadn’t done this one since the new app launched. I’m ready for a ballet barre basics part 3 whenever Ruth is ready to make it! It’s always so much more challenging than I think it will be but it makes me feel so graceful and lithe.

I had an older rotator cuff injury flare up this weekend, and I’ve been trying to remember all my old physical therapy stretches. So this class could not have come at a better time. My shoulder is feeling amazing now, especially after those last few side stretches. This was just the oil I need to lube up my rotator cuff, especially that internal rotation work.

Woke up with my left shoulder feeling super sticky and clicky and painful when I moved it. I was looking for a class to gently stretch it out, and this one was perfect. Shoulder is definitely feeling nice and “lubed up” now. I really loved those final few stretches. Definitely will do this one again if I’m having shoulder pain.

One of my favorite classes to do at the office but I hadn’t done it in a long time. Forgot how much my quads, calves and booty burned on this one in just ten minutes. You can also do it against a wall or near the corner of a wall if you don’t have a chair. Heart rate is up and I’m a sweaty mess but feeling so good!

This class was just what I needed today. My shoulders, back and hips were feeling so stiff sitting at my desk, and no amount of shoulder rolls or quick spine twists helped. Turns out what I really needed was a good deep stretch to get my joints nice and lubricated. So glad I took some time to get down on my mat and really be intentional about stretching.

My ADHD self just saw the title of the class and didn’t check the props before hitting play. I don’t have a big ball, but I do have a small 9 inch one, so I ended up using that. If you’re wondering whether this class is doable with a small ball, the answer is kind of. Most of the moves are easily adaptable to the small ball and I found it pretty intuitive. The moves in the final song were the most difficult to do with a small ball, so I ended up ditching the ball and just doing the moves standing. Overall it worked well and I enjoyed the music. 💃🏼🔥
