Day 4 ✅ this was hard !! Long lil update

Me: oooh looking forward to strength training today, so glad to see this challenge has 2 days per week built in since I’ve been slacking lately, and they’re light shouldn’t be too bad

Me at 17 mins: Ruth Brenza I have to confess I did indeed curse you out in my head while telling myself the only way out was through, and I made it through amen

Ovulating and felt cute so I did wear my RPS tube top. And rolled up PE shorts made me feel like ~that girl~ in middle school who walked the mile eating Cheetos rather than running it IYKYK 💅

Lastly, daily challenging movement really is for my mental health during this time of year and it’s WORKING. Had been having trouble waking and feeling like I could sleep all day, but this completely turns things around and I’m so grateful! Habits > motivation. Letting things suck til they don’t. Knowing it WILL get better!! #blessings I really am on one now lol thank u and hope everyone has a great day!

This is what I asked for !! 🥵 sweatpants on the ground by my feet. Had to open a window to let in the cold air. F yes 🧊🤩🤩🤩 I think this challenge might make me appreciate the cold more to cool off?? Idk but so happy lol

Hi Everyone!

I am starting the OG 30 day challenge (linked below) and wanted to invite anyone interested to join me!

I’ve done it once before, I will say that it’s a spicy challenge, a lot of shake level classes that feel cardio-based. Inner warmth is what I’m looking for during this cold season, just did day 1 and have come so far since I did this 2 years ago! 😍

My why: it’s bone-chilling cold where I live on the Northern CA coastline, and my Los Angeles-bred self is struggling. I already move a lot, but have been doing so even more lately to stay warm lol. Since leaving LA 10 years ago, I’ve dealt with winter blues that exercise endorphins help tremendously, and having a program lets my executive functioning relax. Lastly, I have some goals I’m aiming to hit by end of year and this routine should help with that!

Hope everyone is staying warm!! Comment if you’re interested in being buddies along the way :) any bit of effort counts 💗

I believe I once did a foot care video of yours that used a little trigger point ball, am I mistaken? It was standing and you guided us through as we stepped on the ball to massage our feet… anyway, I’ve been searching but can’t find it! If it exists can you let me know what it’s called? And if not, I guess I made it up lol. Thank you in advance!

Hi Bad B’s! Happy Friday!

I know we talk about curls sometimes here hehe so I wanted to share this amazing hair product my hairdresser put me onto, a “curl win” ! I am very minimal (lazy lol) with my curls, a wash and go type. This is a super lightweight “gel” tho not sticky at all. I rake it thru my hair when wet then let it dry. Leaves room for volume and hair to get big, just helps keep the curl shape and mitigate a lil frizz. But does not leave a cast or get crunchy. Handmade in batches with minimal ingredients, mostly organic. 10/10 recommend — my new holy grail and so easy to only use 1 product !! I feel like my natural texture can live freely, just has a lil more shine & smells so nice.

Tapping in for soft strength 🙂‍↕️💗

After several weeks, I’m still in my “working out because I will feel good after, not because I feel particularly motivated” era… anyone else??

It’s been a stressful month (pic of my messy ass office/studio rn !!), but I’m so grateful to keep showing up and giving my body what it needs 💘 the consistency is keeping everything else more balanced. Thanks for the help, Ruth Brenza !
