Day 4 ✅ this was hard !! Long lil update
Me: oooh looking forward to strength training today, so glad to see this challenge has 2 days per week built in since I’ve been slacking lately, and they’re light shouldn’t be too bad
Me at 17 mins: Ruth Brenza I have to confess I did indeed curse you out in my head while telling myself the only way out was through, and I made it through amen
Ovulating and felt cute so I did wear my RPS tube top. And rolled up PE shorts made me feel like ~that girl~ in middle school who walked the mile eating Cheetos rather than running it IYKYK 💅
Lastly, daily challenging movement really is for my mental health during this time of year and it’s WORKING. Had been having trouble waking and feeling like I could sleep all day, but this completely turns things around and I’m so grateful! Habits > motivation. Letting things suck til they don’t. Knowing it WILL get better!! #blessings I really am on one now lol thank u and hope everyone has a great day!
