Ong I was dyinggggg doing the same leg right after in the second circuit twas DIABOLICAL! Also I was shaking so hard the last circuit I was basically twerking so two for one! Thank you!

I’m tuning in from Idaho! I’ve been moving less and feeling worse, I have to move it’s my antidepressant. So I’m hoping this challenge will motivate me to have more balance!

This was so good! I love the music and the class length! I’m a mom so shorter classes really keep me accountable cause there’s no excuse to not do them and my body feels really good and stretched!
