also, i started reading “principles of movement” (ty for the recommendation monique!) and i absolutely love it so far 🧡i usually read romantasy, so im surprised that my interests in genre have been shifting!
speaking of books, do yall still do the book club? if not would anyone be interested in doing a monthly one? lmk what yall think!

I did my first class tonight and I’m a little blown away at how much I loved it and the emotions it brought up. I’m not sure if this sounds wierd or creepy but I felt like I was having a play date with Ruth. I’m working through some childhood trauma and I think that it is so wild the universe dropped this program in front of me at exactly the moment I’m learning play as a medium for therapeutic processing. Ive also been doing rebounding at the recommendation of my therapist for the same reason. The aesthetic of Ruth, her vibe, tone and level at which she speaks… just wow.
