Ask the community for a recommendation + give tips 🌎

We are so much greater than the sum of our parts! And I am always happy to give recommendations as well, but I do love seeing when someone asks the community for a recommendation. The recommendations are always so thoughtful. So please ask away here!

If you have tips for your favorite class when you're feeling down, or a prop alternative you love, this is a great place to share with the collective. We are really all in this together!

Community guidelines

  • Privacy: Everything that is shared in this group will remain ONLY in this group. If there is a post I would like to share, I will always ask your express permission to do so. This is extremely important to me. RPS is a safe space for sharing.

  • Respect + Inclusivity: There will be ZERO tolerance for bullying or harassment of any kind. While this has never been an issue on RPS and I don't foresee it becoming one (ya'll are seriously the greatest humans) I just want to express the importance of this in keeping our space welcoming and safe.

  • Diet Culture: many RPS members feel comfortable at RPS because we don't talk about diet culture and we celebrate movement for all bodies: fat and skinny and everything in between. Please help me continue to keep this space free of talk about diet. 

  • Spam/Advertizing: This is not a space for spamming. If you would like to share about an event or business you think would benefit the community, just send me a DM first.
