today i asked myself: what would bring me joy? and one of the first things that popped into my head was RPS.
so, this morning i did camel flow, in an attempt to ease some neck and back stiffness that comes from writing a ton of papers for finals week. .
also during this down time ive been reading a ton about intutive eating/living/movement content and stumbled upon a great book called “letting go of leo”. it’s a light read, i started it last night and am about 50% through it. i recommend it for those who struggle with perfectionism and with listening to their body. i would say it has some tough topics like food issues and body image issues, so if youre not in a place to read about things like that, i’d skip it for now!
anyways, i miss reading everyone’s posts - i truly hope everyone is doing well and finding pockets of joy and laughter.
