After several weeks, I’m still in my “working out because I will feel good after, not because I feel particularly motivated” era… anyone else??
It’s been a stressful month (pic of my messy ass office/studio rn !!), but I’m so grateful to keep showing up and giving my body what it needs 💘 the consistency is keeping everything else more balanced. Thanks for the help, Ruth Brenza !
