tapping in before doing neck relief! ive been doing it once a day, for about five days, to help with neck tension. im unsure when my neck muscles will relax… they still feel like theyre locked in place 😭
i really wanted to do muscle mami but i feel like theres so much tension in my body rn, so i decided to do the thaw series. im on day four right now and have been feeling a lot of things. while i am proud that im trusting my intuition, i am feeling some intense fomo. despite it all, im still choosing to sit this one out for now.
