Tapped in for camel flow and then followed with day 1 in the flexibility program (feel good flow)
I am about to start my cycle so giving myself grace this past week. However I have been feeling a slip in myself finding motivation to stay consistent again recently.
I started about 6 months ago with RPS so thaw was the only program I followed while that was live. I’m hoping committing to another program like flexibility I’m jumping in on will help me get that daily drive going again.
