My step mom wants to get into consistent movement but she doesn’t feel like she’s in a space where she’s confident to take these classes. I’ve been trying to convince her to at least try the 7 day trial. Does anybody have any words of encouragement for someone starting their movement journey who doesn’t really have workout experience? Any intro classes they should take? Just trying to encourage her that it doesn’t matter where you are physically as long as you’re moving your body.
