This is a progressive, hypertrophy focused home strength challenge that layers simple movements and joyful flows.

Weights you'll need:

  • Light: 3-8lbs

  • Medium: 10-20lbs

  • Heavy: 25lbs-35lbs+

Videos are all 20 minutes or less. There are 15 brand new videos and 6 scheduled walk days in this 21 day program. (6 extra days to complete the challenge included for flexibility)
