I haven't moved or walked in a hot second and I'm seriously feeling the effects of it.. I am someone who needs some sort of movement daily. So today I am challenging myself to move everyday even if it's a quick and easy 5 minute video. Here's to seeing how far I can go🥹 I plan on taking daily pictures before movement and creating a collab with them all for deeper intention and motivation!!!
