I am starting the OG 30 day challenge (linked below) and wanted to invite anyone interested to join me!
I’ve done it once before, I will say that it’s a spicy challenge, a lot of shake level classes that feel cardio-based. Inner warmth is what I’m looking for during this cold season, just did day 1 and have come so far since I did this 2 years ago! 😍
My why: it’s bone-chilling cold where I live on the Northern CA coastline, and my Los Angeles-bred self is struggling. I already move a lot, but have been doing so even more lately to stay warm lol. Since leaving LA 10 years ago, I’ve dealt with winter blues that exercise endorphins help tremendously, and having a program lets my executive functioning relax. Lastly, I have some goals I’m aiming to hit by end of year and this routine should help with that!
