1- I remember either this week or last week you shared on your Facebook stories a video of a member doing a class where there’s a move that’s almost like thread the needle but the top leg gets stretched over the head, which class was that from?

2- On that note, if you remember or know, could you add which class someone is doing to the stories 🙈 Sometimes I see one that I want to try and forget to ask which it is.

3- Any chance for a general chat or plant channel on this community? I feel like we chat about some miscellaneous things in the insta group that don’t quite have a channel here.
