good morning beautiful humans ✨

ive been feeling a bit disassociated lately, like ive been going through the motions of life on autopilot. so, my focus word for today is presence!

this morning im going to do tune in (been eyeballing this one for a bit) and then later i will be doing adaptable glutes! it took all of me not to plan to do yin yang hips again bc i love it so much 😭

overall, ive fallen in love with lower body workouts since joining RPS. it feels like im working all the tiny little fibers in my hips 🤓 also im almost at my 30 day streak! 🥹
