Dropping in a request ❤️✨️

I would loveeee a weight training focused challenge (30 days?). Im so drawn to the slower, sensualates classes, I do them daily - and then sprinkle in some weight training here and there but would love to be more consistent with it and feel the changes in my body as I add on day by day.
