Baby Bad B on the way! I’m due on March 28th. I’m so happy to finally share this news with you all. I also wanted to provide some info on what you can expect from me as your teacher experiencing pregnancy.
My plan is to continue filming weekly classes as if pregnancy is just a normal part of being human—because it is! You’ll see my belly growing and my body changing, but I won’t be making any pregnancy related references in my classes. I do this for a couple of reasons: 1) To normalize movement during pregnancy and through ANY phase where movement may be more challenging. You are capable of so much more than you know. 2) To keep my classes open and accessible to all no matter what phase of life you are in right now.
If you do want to follow along with my pregnancy at any point, I will be adding the classes I film in week by week sections to the already existing Perinatal Friendly category.
There will continue to be a focus on strength, release and mobility, lots of pelvic love, a strong foundation of classical pilates and more Sensulates to come!
I’m so honored to be here with you, to feel so safe to share this with you, and to have your support through this special time for my lil fam. Our baby has so many amazing bad b aunties and uncles around the world ready to celebrate them. What an absolute gift. 🦋
