Were some of you here when our community forum was on WhatsApp? LOL! What a time! Thank you so much for coming to the Muscle Mami Celebration / Baby Shower to all who made it. I just love getting to chat with you all and see your faces. Special thank you to Monique Lupu for hosting it!!

I mentioned briefly at the end of the call that I would love to hear if you have special requests for upcoming weekly themes. While I’m on maternity leave I will have schedules ready to go for you under the weekly schedule and the calendar to follow along! What’s coming first is Moves for Better Sex (I think this will be at least two weeks long!). Would love to hear if there’s anything else you’d like to see. Just so grateful for each and every one of you. THANK YOU 🥲 I only almost cried on the call 5 times 😭 just appreciate you so deeply. Cannot say it enough.

Merry Christmas to all the Bad Bs who celebrate! 🎄💜 cackling at my Christmas gifts this year because my whole family knows how much I love RPS - my gifts this year included wrapping paper with Santa doing Pilates, a Pilates Xmas tshirt, and a note from my partner that he’s going to pay for my annual subscription this year 😭 feeling grateful for both my family and RPS - thank you Ruth Brenza for keeping me moving all year this year (and looking forward to next year too!) 🥰
